Digital purchases are sold by Hamelton Brands LLC under its Hamelton Publishing DBA.
Stripe processes payment information. The author website receives the payment status, checkout email, purchase reference, and amounts needed to deliver your files and support your order. The website does not collect or store card numbers.
Order emails are encrypted in the private application database. Purchase records are retained for delivery, support, fraud prevention, and required business records. Checkout email addresses are not automatically subscribed to marketing lists or shared with other readers.
Secure download links should be treated as private. They expire, and fresh links can be requested using the original checkout email address. Private purchase and download pages are excluded from search indexing.
